Andover Methodist Church is an active church in Andover. We run and host a number of events and groups each week. Here you will find a list of the weekly activities. Check out our Facebook Page for any updates about these groups.
Sunday Worship
Through our Sunday Services we aim to encounter God and build community.
We meet at 10:30am each Sunday at our church building on Bridge St. We have communion on the first Sunday of the Month and a more informal Cafe Church service on 3rd Sunday.
Inspire
Tuesday's 10:00am - 12:00pm
Inspire is an arts are crafts group for those young at heart. A time to paint, draw, stitch and natter!
Refreshments and good company are always available!
Prime Time
Tuesday's 2:30pm - 4pm (second Tuesday of the month)
Prime Time is for those who are retired and particularly who live alone. A time to come together, chat with old friends and make new ones. There is a speaker and some food after! All welcome. No fee.
Midweek Communion
Last Wednesday of the Month - 12pm.
A simple, stripped back and reflective Communion Service on the last Wednesday of the Month. All welcome.
Friday Friends
Friday's in term time 10:00am - 11:30am.
Friday Friends is a toddler group for pre-school age children. We have play-doh. toys, books and end with some singing.
£1 per adult and 50p per child. Max. 3 Children per adult.
The Hub -
Wednesdays and Saturdays, 10:00am - 12:00pm
The Hub is a time when our church is open for a chat, cup of tea and to socialise. It is a free, non-anxious space where you can meet old friends or new ones.
We will have a variety of agencies and charities that also operate out of The Hub so if you need help with anything, there is usually someone on hand who can help!
